I Linked a private email from NameCheap; I’m getting a warning message, and cannot access my domain name.

    Modtalk:

    I registered the domain name: http://www.globalshipcompany.com.

    I tried to link a private email to the site, changed the DNS servers to that of Namecheap, so that the email can be configured with the domain name.

    The outcome is that I cannot access the domain name: http://www.globalshipcompany.com. instead I see globalshipcompany.wordpress.com, and an error message:

    ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’

    Further trials shows me: ‘ Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’

    I have sent mails, yet no resolution.

    Can you help me, please? I have to meet a deadline.

    The site I need help with is globalshipcompany.wordpress.com.
