    Ive locked myself out of the website and my dashboard by making a mistake in the HTTPS plugin, and i do not understand the steps to resetting it. I need step by step support. the plug in’s support page says to reset it:

    Go to /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/wordpress-https.php and uncomment (remove the two forward slashes before) the line below, or go to your wp-config.php file and add this line. Hit any page on your site, and then remove it or comment it out again.
    define(‘WPHTTPS_RESET’, true);

    but i do not know how to access any of that. I shouldn’t have been playing around like I was and now i need help!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hello there, it seems that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress questions, you may want to try to post your questions at the WordPress.org forum.

    Please be informed that the staff and members of this forum could only help you out with support topics related to WordPress.com sites but not self-hosted WordPress sites.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    Alternatively, you may contact the plugin author for help.

    Hope this clarifies.
