I log in correctly but get a fatal error

I log in correctly and wordpress appears to start but then gives the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /hermes/walnaweb14a/b2091/moo.munka/wp-admin/includes/taxonomy.php on line 135
I believe it is a plug in error but I cannot access my dashboard as it reports as a fatal error.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I edited the page last night. In order to use the ‘customize’ tool, I must disable all the plugins. I then enabled all the plugins and when I went to look at the page, all the visual aspects of the page were missing (pictures/images text size etc).
I think I enabled a plugin which did this. I can log into the account to edit the page, but then get the fatal error referenced above. It appears that I have insufficent memory. I have 8 gigabytes of ram memory on my home system and 32 gigabytes at my work system, which I tried to use this morning but with the same result. -

This is not about the memory on your system. This is about the memory allocated to WordPress software on the server housing your website. Your web host is the best point at the moment to help you. Here is a help document if you can follow the instructions.
