I lose all my website …..

    https://creme-dela-creme.ca this is my website that im building since 2 weeks ../ I dont know what is happening ? i received an email this morning telling me that my wordpress buisness is expired in 6 days butt now i cant go to my website i dont know where are all my settings, its like i just start

    Hi there,

    From what I can see the domain creme-dela-creme.ca (as well as several other upgrades) was canceled recently and is no longer active. Do you wish to return creme-dela-creme.ca to active status? What about the Business Plan and email upgrades that you had on this account as well? Do you wish to have those restored too?

    I also noticed that the upgrades on your account were originally transferred over from another account in our system. Do you have more than one login with us? I’m not sure what you meant by:

    Is it possible that you are trying to access a site that is under your other account? What did it look like previously and what was the URL that you visited the site at?

    When the Business Plan expired on the site, previous customizations may have been lost. The good news is that your Business Plan upgrade (which we have reinstated on your account) includes priority support through our Business Hosting team, and you can access that here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    We are not well versed in restoring your site from backup (that is not an option we offer for free sites, which is what we support in these forums) but you can start a new support request at that link, and the folks there will be better able to check into your site backup history and help you get any contents from there restored to your site.

    Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
