I lost access to my account

We are unable to access our WordPress account. The system indicates that the password is incorrect, and when we try to reset it, we never receive the password recovery email.
Additionally, when we attempt to contact support, we are told that our account does not exist, as there is supposedly no account registered with our email address.
We are extremely concerned about regaining access to our website and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
