I lost access to my account

  Hi. I’m having a problem to login on my real account. I have my password, but the 2-step verification is activated and I can’t pass through it. I changed my cellphone recently and don’t have the code on the google authenticator app anymore. It wouldn’t be a problem, since I can get a code sent by sms… but recently all the cellphone numbers of Brazil are getting an additional ‘9’ in front of them, so I’m not receiving the sms and I can’t login.

  I don’t know what to do anymore. Please, help.

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

  Hi there,

  If you have your backup codes printed when you activated two factor authentication you can use these to log in to your account.

  If not fill out the password recovery form that Time Thief posted and our passwords team will respond.

  For security reasons we are unable to provide account recovery on these forums.
