  Even though we recently paid for this domain we no longer have admin access to it. Any idea why?

  It is actually about the https://pimlicochessclub.com – we do not want it to redirect to pimlicochessclubdotorg.wordpress.com, if possible.

  Hi there:

  While you can purchase a domain without a plan, to have your domain be your primary domain, you need a paid plan. Otherwise, your domain will redirect to your free *.wordpress.com URL.
