I lost all my Stats on my self hosted blog
-
I make a redesign in my page self hosted on Camionetica.com, and when I turn on again Jetpack it appears that all my Stats for 7 years has been lost. I dont know why if the stats are hosted on wordpress.com this could happen.
Thanks for your time

Hi there,
Did you have the Jetpack plugin connected to a different WordPress.com account before you made the redesign?
-
The problem we have is that we had an account before the statistics associated, and with the redesign inadvertently one team member make the sync with another account. Now I try to reconnect with the old account and even though the account was previously associated its keep appearing the new statistics and not the old ones, Without being the 7 years ago.

Was the old account previously connected under the WordPress.com Stats plugin?
If so, was the blog’s URL ever changed while using that plugin?
-
Yes, it was years ago with wordpress.com stats, but we changed when came out Jetpack. In one time we make a change from /blog to eliminate the /blog. But the stats still working in that time.

In that case, the stats will not be recoverable due to a bug in the old WordPress.com Stats plugin.
Sorry for the trouble!
