  In 2013 i created and operated a bloghttps://journeytogethertosucceed.wordpress.com/. I don’t remember what email and sign in details I used. please help me recover my account and also retrieve my login details. I lost all my old emails unfortunately. 2017 December I paid to upgrade this blog but unfortunately cant access it to write new posts.

  please help me. i desperately need to use this blog. should i redo it? how will i access my paid premium before it expires?

  If you’ve misplaced your log-in information, the email address or username you’ve entered isn’t recognized, and you haven’t enabled Two Step Authentication, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form, here is the support link for that:

  @gaonesibanda1 You asked the same question in January and received a response from a member of staff. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/paid-premium-showing-no-new-domain-name?replies=5#post-3067975
  You don’t need an email address to log in. Just log out of this account and log back in to WordPress.com with the username gaonesibanda and the correct password just as you did back in January. Once you are back in to your site make sure there the correct email address in your account settings to make sure these issues don’t happen again.

  Themagicrobot. I have no password for this site. My old dying laptop had saved the login from 2013 hence I was able to upgrade and also get on it with ease. Unfortunately that laptop crashed and I had to login from a new laptop only to discover I have no login details .

  You must have typed in a password to get to this original account and post in the support forum? Anyway, if you’re positive that you can’t access the site from “My Sites” here perhaps you have the transaction id receipt from your upgrade and can complete the password recovery form within the link given you by @shubhamgmath
