I’m Rémy, one of my colleague created a blog for our company some years ago.She is not working for us anymore and we don’t have any access (email)for deleting this domain.

Can you help me for deleting this account or maybe get it back?

As you don’t access to her email address, please add your email address to the ‘What email address should we contact you at?’ field — we will use it to contact you.

Hi Rémy,
If you don’t any proof of ownership (listed here), then the only thing I can do is send an email to the site owner and ask if they would like to remove or transfer the site to a new owner.
For security reasons I can’t share those details with you, but let me know if you would like me to contact them.

Yes, I understand but we already tried to contact her. She also has not access anymore and she was working for us like 4 years ago…
So right now, her and us have not access to this email.
What can we do? We need to solve this problem for our new CM.

I’m afraid that without proof of ownership, we’re unable to make any changes to the site. If there are no other ways for you to get in contact with the owner, I can email the address we have on file for their account.
