I Lost my account!

  I lost my original account with my site: xillocrafts.com

  I have the email and password i just need to get past the authenticator.

  I had my phone set up with the authenticator app on it as well as the backup codes phone was lost in a incedent and its all gone now.

  I’d like to get my site back. Like i said i have password and email and an email that tells me that i own the site its not an option on the recover my account page though.

  PLEASE HELP

  That’s the moment you must use one of the backup codes you got when you set up 2FA and you had to keep on a safe place.
