I posted a ticket about the same problem about my blog (http://scrivoapaola.wordpress.com/), but I don’t know whether either I should keep hitting F5 on this forum, or I should expect a direct e-mail message?

same thing happened to me. i was tried to change my display name and i was directed to a page that made me create a new blogsite. and so i did. now i can no longer access my old site. already sent 2 emails to the support group, just hope they could act on it immediately. im kinda freaked out now :-)

Everybody relax, I’m sure its frustrating; but, since this has probably affected a lot of people support is going to take a little longer than usual. As long as you’ve sent in your ticket they’ll get you blog back up soon.

Oh good – I’m new here so I thought it was just me. I managed to get an error message saying there was a problem with not being able to load cookies onto the computer, but I’ve tried everything short of the tried-and-not-so-true unloading everything and putting it back on one by one to see if I’ve just got a hideous virus …

Contact support.. or first try to recover passwor. I am sure you will get the blog back.. If getting the password does not work, contact support immediately….

Thanks a lot! I immediately tried again to change my nickname (the thing which triggered my problem) and it looks like it’s still working. Regards.
