i lost my blog

  my blog name was regennajay.wordpress.com… i changed it to kingregenna.wordpress.com and now i dont have access to my blog and it doesnt even show up at all.did i loose my blog that i worked so hard on…whats is the simplest was of retrieving my blog.believe it or not i am not computer savvy
