I lost my domain

  I lost my domain: yesterday I had my domain middleeasterntribune.com now it does not exist I tried to have it again but the system charges me 17 dollar. It is super annoying I already paid 99 dollars and I had the domain yesterday without paying 17 $ now it does not exist god knows why and I need to pay for it.
