I lost my domain in wordpress and can’t find DNS.. Help!

    Hi Guys.
    I was immigrate my domain from ALIYUN to WORDPRESS today. But i can’t find my domain here any more.

    And why my website http://www.buildexcn.com turns to buildexcn.wpcomstaging.com. SOS!!!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I was immigrate my domain from ALIYUN to WORDPRESS today. But i can’t find my domain here any more.

    The buildexcn.com domain was canceled on July 19, 2024, by your account, which is why you’re no longer seeing the domain under your WordPress.com account.

    I have restored the domain to avoid being canceled completely without an option to restore it.

    And why my website http://www.buildexcn.com turns to buildexcn.wpcomstaging.com. SOS!!!

    The WordPress.com Creator plan was also canceled along with the domain on July 19, 2024. Since the site didn’t have a custom domain, it would go back to the default site URL and when the site was using any plugin or third-party themes, the site URL changed to buildexcn.wpcomstaging.com. As of now, the site is no longer on the Creator plan since it was canceled, although the site has yet to revert to the previous state.

    If you didn’t want to cancel the subscriptions, you can restore the site by first purchasing the WordPress.com Creator plan from here: https://wordpress.com/plans/buildexcn.wpcomstaging.com

    And then set the buildexcn.com domain as the primary domain following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#set-a-primary-address

    Although the domain is restored, if you decide to just keep the domain, since there is no paid plan, you’ll need to pay for it. Let us know how would you like to proceed.
