I lost my domain, no response from customservice

I’m about ready to bail. I was charged $18 in March for “domain registration” and then $41 two weeks ago on my personal plan which includes “domain registration” but “wordpress” has been in my url for weeks. When I provide the address it produces a warning that the domain is already taken. By me, of course. I was intending to upgrade again but I can’t run a blog without customer service. No one will respond to my increasingly terse outcries, and the happy face “WE’RE ON IT!” really knows how to twist the knife.
