I lost my domain registration

  During the early rush of COVID I lost my domain registration and it was bought by someone else. Does this mean that my WordPress content is also irretrievably lost? If I try to get to ‘My Site’ it tells me to check my Primary Site’s Jetpack connection, but I’m don’t know how to find that.
