I lost my login email and password and don’t know how to log in again

I have an old WordPress.com blog, which I haven’t accessed since 2013. However, I would like to delete the blog but the email I thought was registered as a login is not what I thought. I’ve tried different emails, but none work, and I have no idea how to log in and remove the blog. How to proceed in this case? Thank you!

I tried Account Recovery, but it didn’t work because I don’t have any Proof of Ownership requested on the form. The blog is very old, has many years, the last access is more than 7 years. The blog is this https://groovinmood.wordpress.com/

Yes, I´m @groovinmoodblog too. But this user is in my new blog, because since I lost the old login of old blog, I open a new blog with the same name, this is a project over a decade. I want access the old blog to delete it. The old blog is disrupting the ranking of my current blog, so I would like to access and delete it.
