I lost my name
-
It took a lot of time and work too finish off my blog page and it looked beautiful! But then I noticed that my name was missing. I don’t know where it went-maybe between the driver’s seat and the console or at the bottom of my purse. The problem is that my theme-Syntax-does not allow me to add a tagline so that I can insert my name. One of the regular WordPress.com helpers wrote some code so that my name is on one of the blogs, but it is incomplete, the font and colors don’t match, so it looks funny and it is on ONLY ONE blog. I can copy the code here if you want. Can you help me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not every theme has been designed to display an author byline. Do you see one here? http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/syntax/

The point of displaying an author name is to differentiate the posts on an multi-author site. Regardless of the theme, and provided the theme is designed to display a byline, bylines will only display now if there are at least two authors who both have at least one published post in the blog. There’s a single author workaround here.

OK. timethief, once again, you have helped me a lot, the blog is published under my name, so I will leave well enough alone and will remove my name from the one posting. I have saved the work around that you just gave me in case I need it in the future. It does feel funny not have my name right there in the body. I always like hearing from you because your advice is so solid and easy to understand. Thanks again. Joyce (My usual user name-but not for blogs-is GrandmaCool) Seeya.
