I lost my password

Hi,am new to wordpress.i was filling up installation info I got from Namecheap,on WordPress site but I mistakenly pressed enter key before I could upload my own password and the installation started and finished in few minutes.
My problem is this, I can’t login to my newly created company OVOKO FARMS LTD account as I couldn’t reset my password from what was on the dashboard,so with the starred password given to me on my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) , I can’t login to my wordpress account, and on trying to break the password, I added my email as requested by your site but it’s denying it.what must I do to log in to my company’s account please.I can’t login to my account right now!
Please do the needful so I can login please,if you want more proves from me, I will provide you with them please, do something.

you mentioned installing WordPress on NameCheap – that means it is not hosted on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
