i lost my password of my old blog, HELP ME PLEASE

hello everybody, some time ago I created my blog on wordpress.com but now I can not remember the password and when I try to recover password I do not get anything because I used yopmail.com, I would love to recover the My old blog (speaking of celebrity gossip), but do not know how to do, also the assistance does not answer me because I do not have a premium account.
Can you help me to delete my old blog or send me the password to my new email address, I no longer have the key-registration.
I’m desperate I tried in all possible ways but I did not find anything!
please help me because I want so much to start again using my old blog :(The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you gone through the account recovery process as described in the support docs? http://support.wordpress.com/ You’ll have to prove you’re the owner via information that wouldn’t be public.

Yes, I’ve already tried showing me with my old email, but I did not respond because I’m not a premium user and for this I think I have ignored.
