I lost my password which username is aired

  Hello.
  My ID is aired and I lost my password so I cant log in my website.
  I tried to use my mail address((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to find my password.
  But when I send that I lost my password to support center,
  they sent me other website’s password.
  I wanna know password which username is 【aired】
  Would you tell me password which username is aired?
