I lost my site after uninstalling Jetpack, how do I get it back?
-
My Add New Post buttons were not working. It was suggesting that Jetpack was the reason for this, so I uninstalled Jetpack, and now I do not have access to my WordPress site…it’s completely empty. It’s asking me to create a new one!
Please help to get my site back! -
As your site obviously uses the open source wordpress.org, you allways have access to the backend at http://www.yourdomain.xxx/wp-admin/ using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.

When I try to log in on wp-admin, it doesn’t recognise my username, when I try to log in using my email address it says ‘ The access to that page has been restricted by the administrator of this website
You don’t have access to this page. Please contact the administrator of this website for further assistance.’ -
Hi @wadhurst3004,
Could you please share your site URL? If the site is not hosted on WordPress.com, you’ll need to contact your host for support with regaining access to your site.
Once you’ve been able to login again, you can optionally choose to reconnect Jetpack. Here’s how: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/
Hope that helps.
