  Hello, I need to change so information on my website but I totally forgot my user ID and Password. What do I do? I think I tried everything. I do not remember my password and User ID to Cpanel either. My website is http://www.healthvisioninc.net . Thank You

  healthvisioninc.net is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It looks like you would need to contact https://www.webhostingbuzz.com/ for assistance regaining access to that.
