  hello, here is the thing. On 2023 year I created one web for my company on wordpress, while this year, the host( I used the siteground) was expired, now I cannot find my website. PLEASE HELP ME! I need my website.

  We can’t help as your site wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but was hosted by Siteground. If you didn’t make a proper backup then there is nothing to restore and you’ll have to start all over again.

  The reason could be that your hosting plan has expired, which is why you are not able to find the website with your current domain name. Therefore, you will need to contact your hosting provider about the issue. They will check on this and provide a solution.

  In case, if you’d like to host here after this is resolved then you can request a free migration service from the wordpress.com team.

  Hi dollyjiang198734,

  Have you contacted your hosting provider? But if your host already expire, the hosting provider basically will remove your account. Do you have your own backup? If you don’t have backup, then you may need to start from fresh website. That’s why backup is really important so you don’t waste time and money again.

  What you need to do here is please try to contact your provider first, hopefully they can restore your account.
