I don’t think you understand.
I was directed to wordpress to build my website.
I decided to practice using your tools and start building before purchasing the plan.
I found it somewhat easy and got very far in my building except for some editions. However…I needed to leave for the night and i left it as is until I returned but all the work I did was gone.
Do you not save unless it is paid for? I understand that you aren’t obligated to save it for a lengthy amount of time but it would be nice to get a warning since you offer the opportunit to use it for free. Do you understand what I mean?
Also…do all issues need to be addressed publicly? Just curious.
other than that…I do like your service. seems fairly easy to use and this very important to me. I’m using it to promote english/spanish language esl tutoring srvice. thank you -

No, all of your content should’ve been autosave, even if you’re using the Free Plan. Network issues would cause your posts and pages not to save – did you notice having any internet issues when working on your site?
As @justjennifer was mentioning, we wanted to know what is the post or page where your work was lost? We can check it from our end and see if any revisions were saved or if we see any issues that may have caused the content to disappear.

What do you mean by post or page?
The domain name I chose was Lunastarschool,com or ,org ( i don’t remember now)
the name of my tutoring is Lunastar school.
Also…I did not have any internet issues. So I’m not sure how I lost it. I’m so disappointed….

Neither of those domains you mention have been registered yet.
https://lunastarschool.wordpress.com/ exists with a “coming soon” page. If you can’t currently see your site then perhaps you created that site under a different account to the one you are posting from?

It says coming soon because I walked away and it failed to save. I was working on it before paying and now it’s gone.
Obviously it says coming soon because it was never saved.

So are you logged in to the right account to work on your site? Can you see your dashboard if you click on “My Sites” top left? The “Coming soon” message is what visitors will see until you officially launch your site and nothing to do with your saving or not saving words/images you have added. You should be able to see any content you have created (posts/pages) in your site dashboard as WordPress.com should autosave periodically.

Yes…that is correct. But the only thing it shows is the theme i selected for Lunastar. It shows nothing else. It shows none of the description of the school or classes or translation and options i offer. All the work i put in is lost. Nothing was saved and this concerns me a bit

Have you checked Posts and Pages to see if the content is there as drafts and just needs publishing.

Janet, in one of the revisions, I was able to find one paragraph in Spanish. Most of the rest of the page is the same. Do you want to restore that revision? It starts with
Lunastar es un servicio de excelencia en la enseñanzaand ends withComo padre, ¿qué más puedes pedir?— do you want to restore that?Going forward, while we do our best to autosave, it’s good to click the real Save button too before leaving overnight, just in case.

Also, I noticed one “Blog” page was edited directly; the other is set as the posts page. Having two pages with the same name and different functions can be confusing, so we’d be happy to help you sort that out if you’d like to share more about the type of page you’re making.
Pleas confirm too whether you’re referring to lunastarschool.wordpress.com or another site.
