I lost the password to my admin account and email

    Hello, I am unable to access my main WordPress acount because I Doesnt remember the password and also forgot the email password. Luckily, I still have the access to my secondary account which only has editing privileges.

    Is there any way I can recover my main account password without access to the mail?
