  Hi there,

  OceanWP isn’t available on WordPress.com, as it’s not made by us.

  That’s a third party theme made by a different company, so to use that theme you either need to download the free version from WordPress.org, or buy the paid version from OceanWP.org.

  Using third party themes like that on WordPress.com is only possible on our Pro plan.
