I made a mistake

  I just got my new domain name released from Wix yesterday and transferred to namecheap. I thought that would make it okay to switch my domain name on my site from http://www.sexisoles.com to http://www.sexifeet.com. So I already did it. Now I am finding out the name http://www.sexifeet.com is not even available yet on namecheap so now I can’t access my site which is still http://www.sexisoles.com until my new domain name is ready to use. PLEASE help me fix this. I am new at this and my hands are completely tied right now.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Name Cheap.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
