I made a new WP account to get help with my main WP account.

I can’t log into my main “https://cylume.wordpress.com/” account because it says it has been blocked. It is registered with an sbcglobal.net email address that I cannot access anymore. SBC was bought by Yahoo and then AT&T. The sbcglobal.net email servers are not in service. I use a gmail email address now and want to transfer my old WP account to it. I couldn’t get help from a live person and made this temp account just so I can try to get help. I know my password and email for my “https://cylume.wordpress.com/” account, but WP has blocked it and wont let me log in. I couldn’t go through the WP account recovery guides because they need me to access info on emails on the SBC email server that is no longer in service.
Can someone release the block, so I can log in and finally migrate to my working email?

@mgozdis I tried to complete the form in the beginning, but the form wont complete and go to anyone until the “Proof of Ownership” section is completed with accepted information. If you leave that section blank, or with the wrong information, it just resets the page. So trying to explain my problem in the “Extra Details” area, doesn’t get sent to anyone to read it.
- I don’t think I ever paid for anything, so I don’t have a receipt. If I did, it would have been sent to the email that I can’t access anyways.
- If I have an activation URL or key, it would have been sent to the email that I can’t access.
- I don’t have a 2FA code set for WordPress.
As I said before, I have my email address and password for the account I’m trying to log into, but WP says it’s blocked and wont let me log in.
