  I made attempts to transfer my domain back in November and you failed to allow this transfer.
  I NEED YOU TO ALLOW THE TRANSFER to register.com RIGHT AWAY!!

  My domain is not operational and I need it to be transfered and reinstated ASAP —

  FAILURE TO PROCEED WILL BE REPORTED TO THE FCC –

  Hi,

  Did you have any issues with the instructions sent to you at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/need-to-transfer-domain-to-registercom ?

  With the domain transfer process, you’ll need to have unlocked the domain, then click on a link sent via e-mail to confirm the transfer. On our end, we don’t approve or disapprove transfers—the system does based on the lock and confirmation codes.

  Since the domain expired, it does need to be renewed before a transfer can occur. A payment request for the renewal will be sent to you via e-mail in a few moments.

  Once that’s paid, I can help you with the process to prepare your domain for transfer. The receiving registrar should have notified you of the failed transfer and refunded any payment already made to them.
