I made multiple cancellations, one of my refunds not received

    Hello, I have made multiple cancellations regarding the subscriptions I took, in regards to my account, all at once within 24 hours. I demanded for all my subscriptions be cancelled. I received the reimbursements for all but not for one Premium Plan of $96(whereas my other premium $96 plan has been reimbursed, this is not). Bill payment Reads: Please can you contact me back.

    I have issued that refund, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days to see the credit on your statement.
