  A plugin conflict might be causing the issue. You can disable all plugins and then start enabling them one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

  Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
