Hi. First of all, you have charged me with $99 almost a month before my wordpress bundle expires to renew it, and I’m not happy with that. Second, I want to know how much storage space I’m using and if I could change to a cheper basic bundle.

All bundle are renewed one month in advance as if they weren’t and anything went wrong we would lose our domains. That being said we don’t lose a month when it comes to $.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
