  can I turn of that pop-up about topics?

  Since a couple of days I get a little window asking me about topics I want to read, it pops up everytime i visit my dashboard, is there any way to turn that off, its very annoying. Tried to fill it in once, I thought it would stop after that, but it doesn’t.
