I messed up my custom image header!

  I need help. I’m a beginner and I messed up my custom picture I had as an image header. All I did was move the heading text to the left but now my picture is gone. I even reset what I did but the picture is still gone. When I try to edit custom image header, the picture is there but then on my actual site it doesn’t show up! Please help me!

  Resolved it myself by deleting the word “background” from in front of the picture file name.

  Once you modify the CSS, you have to enter the full URL to your header image into the CSS. In the case of your theme, that will be under #headimg. Just replace the relative URL with the full URL to your header image. You will have to actually upload it on the write > post page first and then get the URL to it.
