I mistakenly press purchase domain on wordpress

I mistakenly press purchase domain on wordpress when I already own it (bought in hostpoint) so I cancel the purchase on wordpress but now i can’t connect through the “user domain i own” because the cancelletion doesnt go through yet. and when will it be ready?
we are trying to add a domain name to our creator subscription website and switch the site url to this new domain name.

I can see that the domain nativ.global is still in the process of being canceled.
To be clear, you cannot have already registered it elsewhere since it’s still being registered at WordPress.com until fully canceled.
It may take around 5 days for a newly registered and promptly canceled domain to be released for registration elsewhere.
If you want to register it elsewhere, please monitor its status by attempting to register it.
If you still want to recover this domain and own it at WordPress.com, please let us know as soon as possible so we can check if it’s still possible.

I do not think that ‘s correct. If you look up nativ.global in https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup, under “Registrant” you will see that the domain is registered via: Knock Knock WHOIS Not There, LLC, that’s WordPress.com’s registrar.
Could you please double check the domain name you have over at hostpoint?
