I moved my wp from one server to another now my images will not upload

  So ,
  I moved my WordPress site from one hosting company to another and everything looks great. I have one problem , I cannot upload new images. Every time I try I get the following error Unable to create directory /home/buckh4/public_html/heelsandsteals/wp-content/uploads/2010/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
  The buckh4 was my old server name , do I need to change that to my new server name and if so how do I do that ? Uggh I am a bit lost
