Hi there
I have not had the time or energy to be able to give the detection that I need with my WordPress account/blog, and seeing that it will not be any time in the near future.
Due to unforeseen circumstance with my health and being in and out of hospitable, as well as on going medical cost, I need to refund my account.
This is where my issues lies. I trailed the 30 day premium package and have since gone over that time frame to cancel by 22 days. I know that it is past of refunding stage, however:
Is they anyway that I am able to refund and shut the account down? Even if it is only a portion of the $129 sign up fee.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
If you’re sure you no longer want the domain at all Staff can cancel it for you.

Hi Staff,
I cancelled and deleted my credit card details from the trial period but you somehow still managed to deduct $99 from my card. This is surely not legal. Please refund that amount. I cant seem to do the cancel&refund on your site because it has already been deducted.
Please help, Im sure this is not legal. Should not be able to deduct money from a CC that has been removed 2 days after signing up for the trial.
