I need 2 blog pages in “wordpress.com blog”

hi all,
I wonder if we can modify the main page not to show some categories.
By this way, I will link a category(that I want to hide in the main page) to a menu button. And it will be shown as a second page.
example menu:
the main page will show “surf these webpages” content, and the second page will show “editors choice” content.is that possible in a “wordpress.com blog”?

in fact what I need is to add some sql querries, etc. to “about page”. and to remove some querries from main page.

Sorry, I don’t think you’re in the right place. This is the support forum for WordPress.COM. We don’t have access to the SQL database, per se.
