  1. Allows users create a shipment order
  2. Pay on my website
  3. Able to track their order.

  The WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is likely what you’re looking for. It provides the base functionality for websites to create online stores where users can make orders, pay on your website, and see their order status. If you want this functionality on WordPress.com, you will need to upgrade to either the Business or eCommerce plan.

  I did some more research and you may need to extend WooCommerce with some additional plugins to enable order and shipment tracking, if that is what you meant by “courier service”.

  Thank I am not selling a product, I am rendering courier service, like helping people delivering their goods to another location. But I will check the other link. I appreciate your response.
