  I need a human. Not getting email re: lost password to access my site

  Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
  We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:

  You can find the password reset instructions for the version of WordPress you’re using here:

  The WordPress.org forums will not really be able to help in this regard, except to point you to those same instructions. Your hosting provider might be able to help, though.
