💥 7- our G mail and Hot mail also will be connact to our Server for Email Marketing

All of this is possible with WordPress, though you’ll likely need several plugins to make a site that can do all of this. Using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
A couple notes:
1) We don’t offer any FTP access on WordPress.com, so you cannot modify any site files directly. Any API integration you want to do will have to be via a WordPress plugin. If no WordPress plugins exist for your API, you’ll have to create one yourself or hire someone to create one for you.
2) I’m not sure what you mean by “your IT Team”. We are a hosting provider, not a development agency. We provide you with hosting, support, and the tools you need to build your own site, but we are not in any involved with actually building and running your site. That is your responsibility.
For advice on which plugins are best to use for what you want to do, or for help creating your own plugins, please ask in the forums for the open source WordPress software at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
