I need a need blog

I have a blog under my own name and wp is not allowing me to start a new blog, also I have my own domain but cannot map it and pay the $12 until I have access to my dash board but it will not let me get that far.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

wewillbuildyourapp, godaddy is still pending the transfer and their servers are pointing to WP, maybe that is why, also is it true that if I use my own domain I CANNOT use WP plugins?

I can’t answer your question until I know what blog you’re talking about. Are you talking about a WordPress blog hosted on Godaddy? Then you need to go over there. Are you talking about a blog hosted here that has nothing to do with Godaddy? If so, give me the URL, starting with http.

I am talking about a Business blog that I want to create on WP, but it is not letting me go forward when I get to the section username: wewillbuildyourapp is taken, map it for $12, I continue on filling out the info and it will not let me continue saying that that domain is already taken, even though I checked the “i already own this domain”

You have to establish a blog with wp.com and then you can get domain mapping. You can’t map a nonexistent blog to an existing domain. You should be able to create a new blog at wordpress.com (or two or three or however many you wish) whether you already have a blog here or not.
If you already have a wordpress.com blog and want to have the new blog created under a different username, you have to use a different email address. If you just want to add a new blog to your current user account, just sign in to wordpress.com, and up at the top of the window, you’ll see “My Blog(s)”; click there, and you’ll see “register a new blog.” You then register a new wp.com blog and then you map it to your domain.
After you’ve established your new wordpress.com blog (under a wp.com domain or your own domain), if you have any problems, you can come to the forum & provide an active link to your blog, and other bloggers can try to help you. If you don’t provide a link to your wordpress.com blog, you may be blogging using different software & host, and we can’t help with that.

Thank you sooo much for your response. It was very helpful, in fact I was able to log in using wewillbuildyourapp and my password.
Because it is a business site:
when can I change it to “my site”.com?
after I pay the $12 for mapping?
and just to verify, because I have used my own domain, I cannot use any wp plug ins

The nameservers for wewillbuildyourapp.com seem to be set correctly to WordPress.COM – so you can map your domain any time you want to the blog linked to your name (or any other blog you want).
Correct – having your own domain does not allow you to use Plug-in’s, you also must adhere to the original Terms of Service you agreed to when you opened your blog.
