  Hello,

  A new account can be created here:
  https://wordpress.com/start/account

  If you are planning to start a new website under the same account,
  click the Switch site</> in the top left corner of your WordPress dashboard and on the next screen click ADD NEW SITE

  Or, you can empty the current website under the “Settings>Delete your content ” (Screenshot) and keep the current domain name.
