The blog linked to your name is empty so why a special “template” for a blog with no content? Seems a waste to me.
Also you did not have a reason for the new “template” or why is the new “template” the best thing since white sliced bread with preservatives?
Just asking for a Theme does not much – you need to give a compelling reason for WordPress.COM to go to a very large amount of work to make the Theme run here.
