  The plug-in is from Wishlist.com, per my instructor it is really needed, I have been trying since this morning at approx. 8 am and it’s now 6 pm, if you could tell me or help me download it I would be most appreciative to you. I bought the plug-in for $97 which I could not afford, anyway, please help!

  As a users of WordPress.com, we aren’t able to upload plugins. We are limited to the features that are available in the menu already. The ability to install plugins is limited to sites that are hosted at third party web hosts using the free WordPress software available at WordPress.org.
