  i do not have plugin link on my wordpress dashboard how do i get it

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we can’t install plugins. Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.ORG software.

  Note: There is no upgrade you can purchase that provides FTP access and the ability to upload plugins into a free hosted WordPress.COM blog.
