I need a refund

    I need to cancel my domain and get a refund. I did not get my forum response in time for two days due to the power being out in my area during a storm. I really need the refund anyway, and it is only at three days now. I will not be using this domain at all so the money is wasted unless I get it back. Please help me arrange a refund for this, as I had bought the .com thinking that it would actually allow full customization. I don’t think this should be a paid service unless you can upload full custom templates. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    You can certainly purchase Custom Design for $30, which will allow you to make customizations to colors, fonts and your CSS. You cannot, however, upload your own themes, though we do make over 200 available.

    However, it looks like you have already cancelled your domain leelynchdesign.com.
