  I am not able to get my refund it is telling me to contact support whenever I attempt to confirm cancellation via email sent to me from WordPress.com

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have the Premium bundle with a registered custom domain, abitofti.com. Are you wanting to cancel everything, including the domain? Please note that once cancelled, a domain may not be available to register elsewhere. You can keep the domain and I can refund the rest of the bundle purchase, and you can use the domain here or on another site.

  Please let me know what you’d like to do and I can proceed from there.
